Do you also sell Japanese Pokémon products?

Yes! We have Japanese booster boxes, such as the Terastal Festival ex Booster Box, among others.

Are the cards and products authentic?

Yes, all products are 100% official and authentic — direct from authorized distributors.

Can I return a Pokémon product if the seal is broken?

No. Sealed Pokémon TCG products lose the right of withdrawal once the factory seal is broken.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are for the customer.

What is your return policy?

You can return within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.

Do you also deliver to Belgium?

Yes! Deliveries to Belgium are sent via Mondial Relay with a delivery time of 3–5 working days.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, by appointment. Send an email to sales@nextlevelcards.nl (minimum order value €50).

What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping on orders over €250. Below this amount, standard shipping rates apply.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please let us know. We will do our best to find a good solution together with you.

When will I receive my order?

We will ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with more information. Delivery times depend on your location.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the next business day via DHL or PostNL.
